Terms of Service

1. Who we are

iamlookingfor.work is operated by ADROTRICT B.V., trading as Cloudminator, Olivier van Noorthof 22, 1363 LV Almere, The Netherlands (KVK 90515579) ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service and you must provide accurate registration information.

3. The service

The service lets you turn a resume into a shareable web page, using AI to draft the content, and optionally publish it at a public URL. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

4. Your content and responsibilities

• You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a licence to store, process, and — where you choose to publish — display it as part of the service.
• You are responsible for what you submit. Only submit information about yourself. Do not upload other people's personal data, or content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that impersonates someone else.
• You are responsible for any sensitive information you choose to include and publish.
• You must not misuse the service: no automated scraping or abuse, no attempts to break security or rate limits, no overloading the service.

5. Moderation

We may review, unpublish, or remove pages, and suspend or ban accounts or handles, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or to comply with the law. Anyone can report a page for review.

6. Availability & no warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated text may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing your page before publishing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from content you publish or from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
